Anti-Corruption Policy
Infosemantics provides Information Technology Consulting Services and Support, using a variety of Infosemantics, Inc. (“Infosemantics”) is committed to conducting business in an ethical and honest manner and is committed to implementing and enforcing systems that ensure bribery is prevented. Infosemantics has zero-tolerance for bribery and corrupt activities. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, wherever in the world we operate. Infosemantics will constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. Infosemantics recognizes that bribery and corruption are punishable by imprisonment and/or fines. If our company is discovered to have taken part in corrupt activities, we may be subjected to substantial fines, be excluded from tendering for public contracts, and face serious damage to our reputation. It is with this in mind that we commit to preventing bribery and corruption in our business and take our legal responsibilities seriously.
Statement Regarding Compliance With Section 508 Requirements
Infosemantics provides Information Technology Consulting Services and Support, using a variety of tools, technologies, and solutions. Infosemantics is not a Software Product Manufacturing company as such, however is committed to comply with the respective Manufacturer’s product section 508 compliance and our clients requirements, understand tool and solution functionality in enabling us to deliver accessible products, and expect our clients to also follow the guidelines documented for each tool, and to be aware of accessibility requirements in general. An accessible product requires proper design, coding, and testing; we will follow the guidelines identified and documented for each tool/product by the manufacturer in developing applications and/prototypes to be section 508 compliant. In addition to designing in 508 compliance, we will use tools such as “Bobby” and other sites like HiSoftware or RampWEB Section 508 Toolbar that test websites and browser-based applications for 508 compliance.
