Infosemantics commitment to integrity begins with complying with laws, rules and regulations where we do business. Further, each of us must have an understanding of the company policies, laws, rules and regulations that apply to our specific roles. If we are unsure of whether a contemplated action is permitted by law or Infosemantics policy, we should seek the advice from the resource expert. We are responsible for preventing violations of law and for speaking up if we see possible violations.

Infosemantics commitment to integrity begins with complying with laws, rules and regulations where we are dedicated to ethical, fair and vigorous competition. We will sell Infosemantics services based on our merit, superior quality, functionality and competitive pricing. We will make independent pricing and marketing decisions and will not improperly cooperate or coordinate our activities with our competitors. We will not offer or solicit improper payments or gratuities in connection with the purchase of services for Infosemantics, or the sales of its services, nor will we engage or assist in unlawful boycotts of particular customers.

Proprietary Information

 It is important that we respect the property rights of others. We will not acquire or seek to acquire improper means of a competitor’s trade secrets or other proprietary or confidential information. We will not engage in unauthorized use, copying, distribution or alteration of software or other intellectual property.

Infosemantics provides Information Technology Consulting Services and Support, using a variety of Infosemantics, Inc. (“Infosemantics”) is committed to conducting business in an ethical and honest manner and is committed to implementing and enforcing systems that ensure bribery is prevented. Infosemantics has zero-tolerance for bribery and corrupt activities. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, wherever in the world we operate. Infosemantics will constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. Infosemantics recognizes that bribery and corruption are punishable by imprisonment and/or fines. Statement Regarding Compliance With Section 508 Requirements

Infosemantics provides Information Technology Consulting Services and Support, using a variety of tools, technologies, and solutions. Infosemantics is not a Software Product Manufacturing company as such, however is committed to comply with the respective Manufacturer’s product section 508 compliance and our clients requirements, understand tool and solution functionality in enabling us to deliver accessible products, and expect our clients to also follow the guidelines documented for each tool, and to be aware of accessibility requirements in general. An accessible product requires proper design, coding, and testing; we will follow the guidelines identified and documented for each tool/product by the manufacturer in developing applications and/prototypes to be section 508 compliant. In addition to designing in 508 compliance, we will use tools such as “Bobby” and other sites like HiSoftware or RampWEB Section 508 Toolbar that test websites and browser-based applications for 508 compliance.
