EBS Foundation – What’s new in 12.2.8 and 12.2.9 and impacts on OCI

Abstract:
What is new in the EBS foundational tools commonly referred to as Foundation (FND), Application Object Library (AOL), or Application Technology Group (ATG) in 12.2.8 and 12.2.9? Does it matter if you have deployed on prem or in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure? We will cover these topics and provide detailed information on new features in the user interface, flexfield functionality, concurrent manager functionality, security, workflow and many others. Learn about what is going to impact ALL the users upon upgrade.
Objective 1:
Learn about new Application Technology functionality in EBS 12.2.8 and 12.2.9
Objective 2:
Learn about any impact to the functionality if EBS is on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Objective 3:
Learn which new features may be required versus optional.
Make plans to join the Dallas Oracle Users Group (DOUG) and the Texas Louisiana Oracle Applications and Technology User Group (TLOATUG) for a full day of speakers and presentations across a wide variety of Oracle-related topics.
