Infosemantics typically recommends a hybrid approach, with on-site, nearshore (remote support within the US), and offshore based in Manila, Philippines, to not only keep costs down but more importantly to yield better results and customer satisfaction. Infosemantics utilizes our Manila office to complement our delivery model, rather than a mere cost savings approach. Infosemantics hybrid delivery model therefore plans and incorporates finite offshore related tasks into the project plan. Infosemantics approach is to evaluate scope and requirements before determining if engaging offshore support is viable on a case-by-case basis, and accordingly recommends our approach to our Customers.
