Infosemantics offers its customers an option to reduce development and support costs by providing offshore support capabilities. We also internally engage offshore for internal projects and back-office operational support to minimize overhead costs.

 

Infosemantics typically recommends a hybrid approach, with on-site, near shore (remote support within the US), and offshore, to not only keep costs down, but more importantly to yield better results and customer satisfaction. Infosemantics utilizes offshore to compliment our delivery model, rather than a mere cost savings approach. Infosemantics hybrid delivery model therefore plans and incorporates finite offshore related tasks into the project plan. Infosemantics approach is to evaluate scope and requirements before determining if engaging offshore support is viable on a case-by-case basis, and accordingly recommends our approach to our Customers.
