Naren Thota | President & Founder / Business Intelligence & Government Practice
Naren Thota has over 15 years of experience in the Oracle E-Business and Business Intelligence services space, both from a Management perspective and as a hands-on Consultant serving in various capacities over the years. Naren as a founder of Infosemantics, pioneered its growth from ground up. Naren was a Partner at two other Oracle and Oracle E-Business related start-ups, directly contributing to building new practice areas, significant brand building and customer base over the years, and is leading Infosemantics with the experience gained, with a vision to providing the best value to the Customer, all while taking care of its resource pool, the primary asset of the Company. Naren is currently managing Federal Government Practice and the Business Intelligence Practice areas, in addition to overall strategic direction, marketing, and alliances for Infosemantics.
Naren is a significant contributor to the regional and national technology user groups, primarily Oracle User Groups, sharing his knowledge and experience in the form of presentations, white papers and has co-authored two books: The Release 12 Primer – Shining a Light on the Release 12 World and Installing, Upgrading, & Maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite Applications Release 11.5.10+ - Teaching Old Dogs New Tricks – Release 11i Care and Feeding. He currently serves as the Chair Person for the E-Business Suite Forum for the Dallas Oracle Users Group.
Susan Behn | VP of Oracle Practice
Susan Behn was recently named an Oracle ACE by Oracle Corporation. Susan has over 26 years experience working with Information technology. Susan has specifically been working with the Oracle E-Business Suite since 1993. Susan has led and participated in numerous assessments in a multitude of commercial and government industries providing recommendations and solutions driven to meet the needs of clients. Susan has successfully led numerous full cycle global ERP implementations/reimplementations, upgrades and rapid migrations. Susan’s expertise spans all releases of Oracle and she is well recognized in the industry as a Release 12 technical expert. Susan presents frequently at local, regional and national conferences (OAUG/OOW/IOUG/ODTUG) on both functional and technical topics and has co-authored two books: The ABCs of Workflow for E-Business Suite Release 11i and Release 12 and The Release 12 Primer – Shining a Light on the Release 12 World.
Karen Brownfield | Director of Oracle Practice
Karen Brownfield has over 35 years of experience in programming, installing, and managing applications used in various industries including Chemicals, Utilities, Entertainment, Defense, Recruitment, Telecommunications, and Hospitality. The past 20+ years she has focused on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) specializing in Project Management, Financials, Workflow, and Property Manager as functional specialist, workflow administrator, trainer, programmer, team lead, and/or project manager. Additionally, she spent 16 years on the OAUG board of directors, serving in multiple capacities including President, Past President, Secretary, other committee roles. She currently is a member of the EBS Applications Technology Customer Advisory Board and the Fusion User Experience Advocates Council. Karen was awarded Oracle ACE in 2009 and is an Oracle certified Financials Specialist for both EBS and Fusion. She has co-written several books on EBS covering releases 11i and 12 and one specializing on Workflow and has presented multiple papers nationally and internationally. Her many years of implementation and leadership experience gives her a unique perspective on how to use E-Business Suite to improve business processes.
Joel Howard | Business Development
Joel Howard brings seventeen years of experience in information technology encompassing software and services sales, with the past eight years focused on Oracle E-Business Suite and Business Intelligence solutions. As the top salesperson five of six years, Joel drove the growth of a well-known mid-sized Oracle systems integration firm before joining Infosemantics to lead Business Development activities in the West and other strategic locations nationwide. Known for being a hands-on client relationship manager closely involved with requirements gathering, solution design, and resource decisions, Joel is a key contributor to Infosemantics’ strategic direction, marketing, alliances, and currently serves as Engagement Manager for a global EBS Release 12 rollout.
Matt McDonough | Business Development
Matt McDonough brings twelve years of experience in information technology encompassing software, software as a service (SaaS) and consultative services sales, with the past four years focused on Oracle E-Business Suite and Business Intelligence solutions. As one of the top two salespeople the past four years, based on sales revenue and client retention, Matt drove the growth and profitability of a well-known mid-sized Oracle systems integration firm before joining Infosemantics to lead Business Development activities in the East and other strategic global locations. Matt is known for being a hands-on client relationship manager focused on understanding the clients’ culture and business needs. This enables Matt to effectively match the right resources and solutions to create an successful partnership between the integrator and the client. Internally, Matt is a key contributor to Infosemantics’ strategic direction, marketing, alliances.
Sunil Vaddadi | VP – Staffing and Operations
Sunil Vaddadi has been in the software development industry for nearly 10 years, specializing in Java/J2EE and Web technologies. Sunil has extensive experience in managing large and complex projects with hands-on technology direction. Prior to joining Infosemantics, Sunil played multiple roles in various projects as team lead and onsite coordinator and involved in different managerial activities like work prioritization, task tracking, delegation, code review, knowledge sharing activities and training. Sunil Vaddadi is currently managing Federal Government Practice along with Naren Thota. He is also responsible for staffing, operations and personnel administration at Infosemantics. Sunil received his master's degree in Computer Applications from VTU, India.
Kishore Thota | VP of Offshore Services
Kishore Thota is the India based Vice-President of Offshore Services at Infosemantics Inc. and manages the client delivery of offshore support services, based in two locations, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Kishore has over 15 years of Software consulting experience, specializing in Oracle E-Business upgrades, implementations, and Business Intelligence solutions around Oracle E-Business Suite of Applications. He is currently leading support for Carnegie Mellon University, MasTec North America, and Quest Software, in addition to managing internal proposal and projects support.
Before moving to India, Kishore was part of Infosemantics US based team leading Consulting engagements at GE Healthcare, GE Power, Sony Electronics, Abbott Laboratories and other customers. Kishore is a Certified PMP since 2005, and has an MBA in Personal Finance and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
